SLAVERY REPARATIONS: ABOUT TIME OR WASTE OF TIME?
› Sunday, 18 February 2007

Don't miss ADFF 2006's highlight "Sorry Ain't Enough," the thought-provoking feature film set in present day New York City about three lawyers who find themselves trying a case in favor of slavery reparations. In this gripping legal thriller, the legal team takes apart the legacy of enslavement, leaving no stone unturned and dismissing no opinion in favor of or against reparations. Meet the lead actors/producers to discuss Slavery Reparations after the screening. Sorry Ain't Enough (2005) 120min Sun, Feb 18 at 6:50pm Screening Followed by Q&A with actors/producers

Other ADFF 2006 highlights this weekend include the revealing documentary "Frantz Fanon: His Life, His Struggle, His Work" playing today at 4:30pm as part of the Leaders of the Caribbean program about Frantz Fanon, one of the great thinkers and political radicals of the twentieth century, author of Black Skin, White Masks, a seminal analysis of racism. Also, tonight, celebrate the upcoming theatrical release of "Good Bye Momo" with a free Dance Party following the screening of the film at 9:15pm.
